- FOUND NO FREON IN SYSTEM. CHARGED .75 LBS TO TEST COMPRESSOR OPERATION. COMPRESSOR WAS SEIZED, SYSTEM FAILED LEAK DOWN. LOST .38LBS OF FREON DURING TESTING
- DETERMINE CAUSE OF FLUID LEAK
- Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with reclaimed R-134. Test system performance.
- A/C COMPRESSOR – Remove & Replace – AWD – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
- (Combination) – RECEIVER DRIER – Remove & Replace w/o Radar Cruise Control – [Includes: R&I Bumper Cover.]
- VALVE COVER GASKET – Remove & Replace – Both – [Includes: R&I Intake Manifolds.]
- (Combination) – SPARK PLUG TUBE SEAL – Remove & Replace Both Banks
- WHEEL HUB – Remove & Replace – Rear, One Side – [Includes: Replace Bearings, Seals and repack (where applicable).]
